FRICTION SPROCKET WHEEL TYPE 80
Friction sprocket wheels drive the roller conveyor for transport of accumulated packages avoiding any contact among the packages. The wheel is coupled by two friction sprocket joints (specifically for Type 80 friction sprocket wheels, sprockets are 5/8” Z13 and ½” Z14 S). The cylinder has a grooved casing where a small pneumatic piston head operates. When the system rotates freely, it conveys the drive from the biggest sprocket to the smallest. If the grooved central body is blocked by the small piston head, the bigger sprocket continues moving but the small one stops.
MINI RAILS (TYPE 28)
